ManageTech Synergy proudly utilizes the Continuum Support Desk and NOC solution to  help us deliver high quality technical support with competence.

 

All personnel that work for the support desk at Continuum are North American based and are staffed in-house, including the NOC. Continuum has redundant Data Centers, located in Pittsburgh and Boston.  The RMM software and web system is utilized by ManageTech and Continuum personnel, integrated for complete management of our network.
